Dear Families,
Welcome to our new and returning families to Norwood Public School for the 2025-2026 school year! As the new PTO President, I’m proud to share in the excitement of a new school year.
Our PTO has been hard at work all summer, with our dedicated volunteers already planning events, assemblies, and new lunch options for the year ahead.
The heart of the Norwood PTO is our volunteers—parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff—who work together to enrich our children's education. Your participation is vital to our success. Whether you can offer 30 minutes or a few hours, your time, ideas, talents, and voice are a crucial part of what makes NPS great. Volunteers truly make a difference, and there are countless ways you can contribute to the success of the 2025–2026 academic year! Do not hesitate to reach out and ask how!
As we start the new school year, we’re also kicking off our annual membership drive. The support from our volunteers, along with membership dues and fundraiser revenues, funds a variety of initiatives, including student assemblies, parent presentations, technology, and classroom improvements.
I encourage you to explore our website, which will be a valuable resource throughout the year. It’s your one-stop shop for important dates, PTO activities, event registration, payments, and much more.
I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve as your PTO President this year and am here to assist with anything you may need. Wishing you and your family health, joy, and peace this school year and beyond.
Sincerely,
Sarah Lucero
NPS PTO President
